Standing tall at 6091m, Pisang Peak remains the best peak climbing in Annapurna Region which juxtaposes itself in close proximity to the world’s highest Pass of Thorong La just above the wonderful Highland Village of Pisang located to the north of Manang Valley that marks the initiation of Annapurna Circuit Trek.
Pisang Expedition pursues the mesmerizing trail through sparse verdant woods supporting Himalayan wildlife and diverse species of floras, faunas and birds to the lush green vegetation and continues through fluting ice glacier to the Pisang summit.
Pisang Peak with World’s highest Thorang La Pass Climbing at ‘Great Himalaya Guide’ is 19-days long package that commences by driving to Besi Sahar and takes us through several exotic villages rich in culture and tradition at Bahundanda, Chamje and Dharapani to the apex of Pisang. Enjoying the engrossing views of Manang Valley and Annapurna Range, we will take a trek back through the world’s highest pass- Thorang La to Muktinath and back to Pokhara through Jomsom.
The best season for the Pisang Peak Climbing is from March-July and September to early November. Pisang Peak is considered to be the most well liked and admired peak climbing by the trekkers. It is suitable for the beginners in terms of features and yet it demands enough zeal and vigor.
